Henry Le Forestier de Mobecq, né à Mobecq le 18 septembre 1743 [1] et mort à Paris le 21 juillet 1794 (3 thermidor an II), est une personnalité politique de la Manche.

Il est le père de Pierre Henry et le grand-père d'Henry Pierre.

Comte d'Osseville (fief à Appeville) et de Mobecq, il a le titre de baron et sera le dernier seigneur de Ver [2].

Il est maire de Ver de 1790 à 1793.

Il participe à la rédaction des cahiers de doléances pour la noblesse au bailliage de Coutances [3].

Mis sur la liste de la Fournée de Coutances par Jean-Baptiste Lecarpentier, il meurt guillotiné à Paris [2].
